A new communications agency.
Born into a complicated world.

Project Overview.
Following the merger of three award winning agencies, UNA was born and as such, they required a website. As a business they adopt the principles of an agile, lean organisation.
With this in mind and after a short sprint I quickly established the sitemap, user flows and wireframing.

01. Sitemap
Firstly I mapped out the site and categorised each of their services.
The main challenge was fitting in the high number of services the newly merged agency were able to offer. After some planning I found a way to group these into different categories that were easy and digestible for a user to navigate.
02. Wireframes
Next up was plotting out low-fidelity wireframes for the site. Making sure the services were easily accessible from the navigation menu was essential.
03. User Flows
Next up I used the wireframes to set out a typical user flow of a user visiting the site and how they navigate through the various services and case studies that linked to each service.
Based on user patterns I determined the two typical routes are:
User scrolls
User goes to navigation
From this I decided that the services needed to be prominent after scroll and also fully visible if the user hovered on Services on the top navigation, this influenced the decision to go down a mega menu route where all services are visible as soon as the user hovers over Services in the top navigation menu.
04. Finished product
With the site structure complete, the next step was visualising the UI of the site, these were finalised with prototyping of specific interactions and finally passed on to the developers.
Here are some screens from the final product.
